About

I’m Mo, a Product Design Leader at Grab.

I’ve always been a product builder. My background in design taught me to get close to customers, make sense of complex problems, and shape what gets built and why.

Across my career, I’ve shaped products from discovery and strategy through execution, across both customer-facing products and complex platforms.

Experience

Grab

2023 – Current

At Grab, I lead product design across data and AI, shaping product direction while developing the team behind these products.

I also own product strategy and roadmap for an agentic research platform, working hands-on to help teams run customer research at scale and get to customer insight faster.

Leanplum

2019 – 2023

This is where data became a design material for me. I started hands-on, making complex customer data easier for marketers to understand and act on, then grew into setting direction across the portfolio and leading the design team.

During the CleverTap integration, I helped shape how the two platforms came together into a more coherent product.

Falcon.io

2018 – 2019

Reporting started with a simple question: how could it help people act, not just observe? I designed a flexible dashboard experience that made social performance easier to understand and use in decisions.

Kanbanize

2015 – 2018

The core product taught me how flexible workflows shape the way teams think. From there, I helped take new products from early definition through launch, including rethinking how the constant flow of messages and tasks could become a visual, manageable workflow.

I also created an open-source design system that gave design and engineering a shared language for moving faster.
